KXD multi-storey steel structure office buildings are engineered as bolted, hot-rolled frames with composite floor decks, giving commercial developers a fast, column-free, relocatable alternative to reinforced concrete offices. Typical projects are 3 to 8 storeys and include corporate headquarters, administration blocks, sales centres, and staff facilities within industrial parks.

Main columns and beams are hot-rolled Q355B H sections, connected with high-strength bolts (grade 10.9) through end plates. Secondary beams support the profiled steel deck, and a concrete topping of 100- 120 mm forms the composite slab. Stability is provided by vertical bracing in the core or stair bays, so the office perimeter can remain fully glazed. Columns and beams are finished with epoxy zinc-rich primer plus fire-resistant intumescent coating to the required fire rating.

Floor decks allow service openings to be coordinated before fabrication, so HVAC ducts, cable trays, and plumbing risers pass through pre-cut sleeves instead of site drilling. Staircases are fabricated as steel flights with checkered plate or concrete-filled treads, and lift shafts are formed with braced steel framing and infill panels.
Corporate headquarters, industrial park administration buildings, sales and exhibition centres, staff canteens and dormitory offices, hospital administration wings, and school or training centre buildings where the construction window is short.

H sections are bundled in seaworthy steel frames with plastic film protection, decking sheets are packed in steel pallets, and bolts are boxed per connection number. Average loading is 25-28 tons per 40ft HQ container, with a 1000m² three-storey office typically shipped in 4-6 containers.
Send your building footprint, number of storeys, floor live load and local wind and seismic requirements, and KXD engineers will return a preliminary frame scheme and quotation within 48 hours.
